Fever 

• It is a great antipyretic medicine which can be used in first stage of majority types of fever. 
• Catarrhal fever with quickened pulse. 
• Useful in Inflammatory fever, rheumatic fever.
• Chill stage appears at 1 pm everyday. 
• Heat stage appears mostly by evening.
• And sweat stage at night.
• Nervous, sensitive, anaemic person with false plethora. 
• Inflammation : of throat, with ulceration, soreness and dryness. 
• Associated with congestive headache with throbbing sensation (bella.).

Anaemia

• Ferrum phos. Can be given in lower trituration to increase Hb level. 

Modalities 

• Aggravation : at night and 4 to 6 am, motion. 
• Amelioration : cold application.
