Constitution 

  • Fair, fatty, flabby, having irregular deposition of fat at some parts of the body (cal.c.), especially at climacteric age in females.

Guiding symptoms + keynotes

  1. A/F : suppression of skin eruptions, sexual abuse, grief, vexation.
  2. Cracks and fissures on the fingers, nipples, labial commissure, anus and between the toes.
  3. Eruptions with watery transparent, sticky fluid.
  4. Music makes her weep (nat.mur.).
  5. Sadness with sexual debility from sexual abuse, leads to aversion to coition (both sexes). 
  6. Craving for air, same as other carbons (carbo veg.).
  7. Rush of blood to head with flushed face also with nose bleed (bella.).



Mind

  • Music makes her weep (nat.mur.).
  • Sadness, thinks of nothing but death.
  • Timid, hasty, unable to decide.

Head

  • Sensation of cobwebs on forehead, tries hard to brush it off.
  • Rush of blood to head with flushed face also with nose bleed (bella.).
  • Burning on the vertex
  • Feels numb, rheumatic pain in one side of the head.
  • Humid, itchy eruptions on hairy scalp with watery transparent sticky fluid. 

Eyes

  • Ophthalmia, blepharitis. 
  • Eczema of lids. 
  • Lids swollen red and margins covered with scales and crusts. 

Ears

  • Hears better when in noise. 
  • Thin, white scaly membrane covering tympanic membrane. 

G. I. T. 

  • Stomach : Recurrent gastralgia. 
  • Nausea and vomiting especially in morning during menses. 
  • Nausea and vomiting after each meal. 
  • Relieved by hot drinks especially milk and lying down. 
  • Constipation : chronic constipation. 
  • Stool : Difficult, Dry, Large, Knotty (DDLK), (Bry.). United with mucus threads. 
  • Burning haemorrhoids. 
  • Cracks and fissures on the anus. 
  • Diarrhoea : stool : brown, watery, with undigested food substances and Intolerable odor. 

Female

  • Especially suited to females in climacteric age. 
  • Menses : too scanty, pale, late with violent colic, irregular. 
  • Morning sickness during menses. 
  • Leucorrhoea : acrid, excoriating. 

Skin+

  • Itching over varicose veins; itching piles. Herpes and eczema oozing a glutinous moisture. 
  • Crusty and scabby ulcers.
  • Hard, painful cicatrices.
  • Old ulcers with burning, itching and stinging and indurated base.
  • Add 2nd & 3rd point of Guidings.

Modalities

  • Aggravation : warmth, night, after menses.
  • Amelioration : in dark, wrapping up.
