Guiding symptoms + keynotes

1. A/F : Loss of vital fluids, excessive use of raw salt, mental affections.
2. Great emaciation, especially neck, losing flesh while living well (abrot., iod.).
3. Mapped tongue, with red insular patches, like ringworm on sides of tongue.
4. Most of the symptoms appear with sunrise, reaches to the peak with sun around 10-11 am and relieves with sunset, Heat of sun or stove aggravates. 
5. Mentally irritable, cries from slightest cause, but consolation aggravates.
6. Hair falls out when touched, eczema in edges of hair.
7. Throbbing headache with its characteristic modality, begins with blindness (gels, iris, k.Bich.).
8. Craving for salt, sweats while eating. 
9. Has wait for ling time to pass urine if others are present. 
10. Discharge : thin watery like the white of an egg. 

Mind

• A/F : Ill effects of grief, fright, anger etc. 
• Mentally irritable, cries from slightest cause, but consolation aggravates - especially in child.

Head

• Sensation : as if thousands of hammers are knocking in brain - especially during fever.

Respiratory system 

• Thermal Relation is hot but catches cold easily.

• Suppose a person is going to seashore, he is having bath in morning which gives good feeling. 
• As soon as he comes out from sea, he is exposed to sun, having salty water, and the time is 10-11 am after having bath in the morning. 
• Now he is having sun bath which also aggravates. 
• There is no hammer around him, but he feels as if thousands of hammers are knocking on his head - headache develops.
• Thousands of salt particles feels like hammering of thousands of hammers on head. 
• Excessive bath in salt water damaged his hair, and developed eczematous skin affection. 
• He has desire to urinate but can not pass urine easily, as there are many peoples around him.
• He goes to his hotel room, takes rest and everything is relieved by evening.
