Pathogenesis 

  • Internal heat leads to inflammation which terminates in ulcer, everywhere in the body, especially on the mucous membrane. 

Ulcer / Mouth

  • Apthae anywhere in the oral cavity. 
  • Which aggravates and bleeds easily when touched. 
  • It prevents child from nursing, with hot mouth. 
  • Cracked and bleeding tongue.


Female

  • Leucorrhoea :
  • Warm acrid profuse white discharge.
  • Albuminous, starchy discharge. 
  • Hot and acrid nature of the leucorrhoea acts as a spermicidal fluid which ultimately leads to sterility.
  • Menses :
  • Membranous Dysmenorrhoea : violent labour like pain before and during menses.
  • Downward motion aggravates.

Modalities 

  • Aggravation : dread of downward motion in nearly all complains, Damp cold weather, sudden slight noise.
  • Amelioration : pressure, holding painful side with hand.
